You'll work alongside professionals across disciplines, using industry knowledge, data and technology to analyze opportunities, identify risks and develop insights that help clients act with confidence. Your work can extend beyond the transaction itself, helping clients turn deal strategy into action and identify opportunities to realize value after the deal closes.

PwC Corporate Finance provides a broad range of investment banking services to a global group of clients, including private and public companies, private equity funds, entrepreneurs, and other organizations. Working within this group, you’ll help clients navigate critical financing and strategic considerations while supporting complex financial analysis, creative storytelling, and transaction execution.

Candidates interested in FDD must be pursuing a degree in accounting and be on the path to pursuing the CPA exam.

DT&DS Analytics: 
At the intersection of M&A and cutting-edge technology, you'll turn complex deal data into the insights that drive high-stakes investment decisions. You'll work alongside leading private equity clients, harnessing Generative AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics to uncover value, assess risk, and accelerate deal execution — at the speed deals demand. This is where data and technology meet dealmaking. 

DT&DS Contracts: 
Help clients turn complexity into deal leverage through technology, data, AI, and commercial insights. You'll support every stage of the deal lifecycle-from diligence through post-close value creation-helping clients uncover opportunities, manage risk, and make smarter decisions faster. You'll also leverage contract intelligence to identify commercial risks, obligations, and value creation opportunities that inform transaction strategy.
