About the program
Engineer Your Career is a three-day, in-person experience designed to introduce you to how PwC brings together human insight and emerging technology to solve complex problems. You’ll join a cohort of students from across the country to explore how we apply AI and other emerging technologies in real-world scenarios—and how you could play a part.
Through interactive sessions, hands-on activities and impactful conversations with professionals across our Lines of Service, you can gain perspectives on what a potential tech-powered career at PwC can look like. You'll have the opportunity to connect with technologists, problem solvers and leaders who are shaping what’s next—while building the clarity and confidence to map your own path forward.

For Engineer Your Career we are seeking individuals pursuing a bachelor’s degree who are in their sophomore year of a four-year degree program or junior year of a five-year degree program.
To be considered for Engineer Your Career, you must:

- Apply to a 2028 AI Engineering/Data Scientist or Software Engineering internship.
- Be pursuing a major in one of the following academic fields of study: Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, AI/AI Engineering, Human Computer Interaction, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems/Technology, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or Statistics.
PwC currently is not hiring experienced or entry level job seekers who will need, now or in the future, PwC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery, except as set forth here.
